High current 3000A hard chrome plating rectifier with remote controller box to control the current and voltage, converts three phase 400V/ 480V AC to 12V/ 24V DC, has complete protection functions, high control precision, can operate at full load for 24 hours.

Tips: 3000A plating rectifier troubleshooting

1. The abnormal noise of the 3000A plating rectifier occurs. This kind of situation is mostly seen in the air-cooled rectifier fan failure or the accumulation of dust. It should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the entire machine.

2. The working indicator is normal, but thet current and voltage cannot be adjusted. It is worth noting whether the adjusted voltage and current have exceeded the minimum and maximum values that the power supply can carry or whether the adjustment switch has been turned to the lowest or highest position. The current should be adjusted under the condition of steady voltage and the voltage should be adjusted under the condition of steady current. 

3. During the working process, the current output is suddenly interrupted, but when the work instructions and the voltage and ammeter display are normal, it is generally due to a problem with the wiring between the power supply and the plating tank. Check the wiring between the power supply and the tank in a timely manner Connected.
