Tips:
The SCARA robot is a high-speed running equipment, and its maximum turning radius will change due to the size of the jig installed at the end or the size of the gripping workpiece. Before running the machine, make sure that there are no obstacles in the operating range of the robot arm to avoid collision and damage to the machine. When the machine is running, the operator should always pay attention to the movement range of the robot arm to avoid injury.
When the robot arm moves, the control system will generate a certain temperature. The control box is equipped with a cooling fan. The operator needs to pay attention to whether the fan is running normally and the cooling holes of the control box are not blocked. Avoid alarm and shutdown when the temperature in the control box is too high.
